They wanted to help overcome this misconception while also solidifying their commitment to DE&I. Bloomberg identified Phoenix as the ideal partner to help navigate this important moment. We were entrusted to capture interviews with employees across the organization globally, leveraging our storysolving mindset. These were full-throated, authentic experiences expressed and told from within the company that speak to the nature and culture at Bloomberg.
